At First Sight Romper

I am a nutrious online shopper! And, as much as I love Australian Stores and winter clothing, I always find myself looking at clothes online from the opposite season, especially during the US/UK summer! This is a Nasty Gal playsuit is an example of my poor spending habits, but in the back of my mind, all I can hear is "it's so cute!"

It's just adorable and such a lovely crisp white and so nicely fitted, and the little collar is adorable! It is so damn cute!

As the argument in my head goes on, here's some pictures, what do you think?

Jazz Aged Glamour

Hello hello!

I was extremely excited for The Great Gatsby! Tori, Imogen, Lucy & I are all went to go see it at our local cinema's on Monday. I would highly recommend seeing it as it was a great movie, my new favorite! The movie itself was lovely, but half the time I found myself mesmorised by the clothes and Jewelry!

We were in the city over this weekend so thought we should go to see all the lovey pieces of Jewelry from the movie as you can buy them all at Tiffanys, for a small fortune of course!

It was a great experience and there were even men in dinner suits handing out caramel popcorn, which was fine by me! I put some pictures below, my favorite one is the locket, which I tried on, it was so lovely!

Tell me which your favourites are!

Coats, coats & more coats

Hi everyone

Me again, school has gone back and I miss those days of waking up at 12PM and going to sleep at 1AM, watching movie marathons of Harry Potter and lying about reading. My favourite hobby by far over the holidays though is internet window shopping. If there was a medal for internet window shopping I would have a trophies case full of them. Not only do I spend hours trawling for a good deal I make sure everyone knows that's what I'm doing.

Some might call me annoying to be in the same room when I embark on my shopping adventures because I continuously ask questions like, "Do you like this?", "Do you think this would suit me?" and the ever constant, "Will you lend me a million dollars?" (however, this is usually met with a unanimous eye roll).

But lately my browsing has had a purpose because I've decided that I'm going to spend my Westfield voucher on a new winter coat. I'm not sure which kind but have narrowed it down to the following options from Sheike.

The Eclipse coat is very unique and stylish as it has the length of a full coat although I appears that it the bottom part could be zipped off. The most import part of my wardrobe is that I feel everything should be versatile, like this coat. It has a luxurious two texture feel, however I don't know if I really need another black coat. It comes it stone but I think the colour makes it look a little cheap.

This coat, also by Sheike feels a little more casual which I think is nice in winter. It's got a beautiful delicate texture and has a relaxed chic look about it. This one is called the Spectrum coat and is cheaper than the other coats which is always a plus in my books. However, the sleeve are three quarter length and being a tiny girl, I get very cold. But I can't help but want it (will someone give me a million dollars?).

I really love the colour of this jacket. I'm not always a fan of white jackets because I feel they are really hard to keep clean. The only thing I really can't stand about this coat is the weird sailor moon cape thingy it has going on at the back. I'm not really sure what they were thinking when they made this. From the front it looks like anyone wearing it would look really hunched over, such a shame because without the cape it would be a winner in my books.

At $170.00 this coat, the Elite coat, is the cheapest full length coat (I say cheap because I'd only be spending $70). The shape is absolutely gorgeous and a double breasted coat is always a good thing to have. It's got a lovely elegance about it with a cute flirty hem. Although, again, do I really need another black coat? For this one, I think yes!

This coat set me on my Sheike coat hunt. It's such a unique colour, the website describes it as Oatmeal which I think is a terrible description because Oatmeal looks like barf and this coat certainly doesn't look like that. It's a beautiful rose colour and the gold buttons add so much character to it but I don't know if it'll fit in with my already existing wardrobe. It would brighten up my winter outfits though, but in a good way? I'd need to try it on.

This coat is beautiful, this is a bold colour but I'm not sure if I would wear it as often as the other one, especially when it's $220.00. A hefty cost per wear if I only wear it once a week. It looks really bulky too and I think it would overwhelm my small frame. I think I'll definitely have to try this on in person.

Anyway, back to dreamland of clothes!

Tori's Wish List no.1

Hey Guys

I was home all day and ended up browsing the internet and then I decided it would be a good idea to make my first wish list. Here goes nothing!

Black Midi Skirt

This is a skirt that I have been looking at for ages. I love the length of it because it is youthful and fun without being to short. The colour is versatile and will also go with pretty much everything I own. It is very on trend and the midi length is something that I have been meaning to try for a while. This is a good skirt to begin with the trend due to the fact that it is a basic colour and style. You can find it here.

Sleeveless Geo Print Shirt

Another trend that I really like are long sheer button up shirts. I have quite a few different kinds in my collection and I would love to add this shirt to them. I also love that it is ombre which gives a unique look to your outfit and it combines the graphic prints to give a modern edge. I can definitely see myself wearing this all the time. You can find it here.

 Spaghetti Strap Cami

This top is a bold and edgy colour and it will easily become a staple item in any wardrobe. I have it in another colour which you can see in my previous post. This top is comfortable and can easily be dressed up or dressed down; an effortless to take from day to night in a classy way. You can find it here.

Cat T-shirt

I like this top because it is loose fitting and it has a cat on it (You might have gathered by now that my sister and I are big cat people. You can find it here. Its a casual top which is always a good thing to have. It successfully mixes a rocker look with a cute fem look. A fun and youthful item.

Multi Coloured Pullover
I absolutely LOVE the colour of this and I am also obsessed with jumpers and cardigans. You can find it here. As we come into the colder months a girl can't have enough cardigans. Winter is my favourite month and I think it's important to be stylish, comfortable and warm. An added bonus is that this particular cardigan matches my eyes perfectly (don't I have pretty eyes?)

Patterned Cut Out Peplum

This is a cute modern laser cut top. The top's pattern is a really unique and a great hero piece. Peplum is my best friend as it makes my waist really small while giving you a great curvy shape. It tames bigger ladies curves while it gives tiny dames a beautiful hourglass silhouette. The only advise I can give you is that not ever peplum is made the same always try it on before buying some are cut in unflattering places which will make you look bigger.

Thanks for reading and tell me if there is anything that you have been wanting to buy. Until next time.
