Dot Dash

Hey Guys,

Sorry I haven't posted recently, I have been studying for exams :(. But they will be over soon and will be able to post regularly from next week onwards. This is an outfit that I wore a while ago.

At first I wasn't sure about this outfit but as I accessorised I decided that it was a good outfit that wasn't too bold. I like the splash of colour that the blazer brings while still staying on trend.

I purchased this top when I bought my blue top which you can see in the previous blog post here. It took me a while to wear it but now I'm always trying to find things to wear it. It is casual but it can also be dressed up and because it's black and white it goes with everything which is the main reason I like it. you can find it here. 

I bought these jeans ages ago and I instantly fell in love with them from the moment I saw them. they add edge to any outfit while not being to loud which means that they are perfect for someone who wants to do something crazy and bold but is too shy. You can buy them here.

I love this bracelet and wear it everyday. It matches almost everything and is a nice size and shape. sadly it is no longer available but I will keep my eye out for similar items.

These are my mum's shoes and I have liked them ever since she bought them home! they have a cute pattern which makes them original and quirky. this was the first time I wore them and I was sad to find out that they were a little bit too small but that didn't stop me from wearing them!

Don't Leaf Me Alone

Hi Everyone, last weekend, we went on a lovely picnic with our sisters which was a really great day! We took advantage of the lovely sunshine and surroundings and decided to take some pictures of our outfits.

It was nice and sunny day, which meant I could get out my lovely sunglasses! I also wore these lovely earrings from Lovisa, I love the color and how they perfectly matched the jumper. I got these a few months ago, however I found some similar ones here and here.

I went for my simplistic pearl ring I wear everyday and this leaf necklace I bought last weekend, its lovely and I've worn it almost everyday since. You can buy it in black here.

I love this Sportsgirl jumper I bought a few weeks ago for half price! I will admit I wore it 3 days in a row this week, which I don't rarely do. It's a lovely color and nice and warm! I also love the bigger fit as well! There is a similar one here.

I had be looking for a straight black skirt for a while, and found this one in Sportsgirl on Thursday night, I love the fit and fabric of the skirt and I think for $40 it was a good price. I have a feeling I'll be wearing it A LOT.

Paired with my everyday black bag from Guess, similar here,  and I have an easy to wear, warm Autumn outfit!

Dotti Dae

Hey Guys,

As promised, here are the photos from our Maccas picnic we had last weekend. I just decided to throw this outfit together, I've never worn these pieces this way before but I think it works pretty well.

These are probably my favourite pair of shoes! I love how they are rocker but you can also mix them with a girly outfit for an edgy look and you can wear them with pretty much any outfit and it feels comfortable.

This is a belt that I got for my birthday a while ago and I decided to put it on because I thought the outfit needed a belt to break up the dark colours and I really like it.

I love how my skater skirt is textured, it adds dimension to any out fit and makes it more playful and fun. I also love how the dots are different sizes and form a pattern.

I got theses sunnies in Zara about a year ago and I wear them all the time. I really like the colour of them and I particularly like how they contrast with my hair.

I got this ring from an antique store in Dural, I really love it and I wear it almost everyday. It is a great addition to any outfit and is petite and girly.

This is my Guess bag that I got for christmas 2 years ago. I really like it because it's really big and it fit a lot of things. I don't think that it is still in stick but here is one similar.

I Could Be the One

Hey Guys.

This is an outfit a bought a while ago for a hens night and I wanted to show you all! 

 

This is probably one of my favorite looks! It's a lovely go to look if I have a more formal event I am going to! It feels great to wear and I always feel a little flirty and girly when I wear it.

I love all the detailing on the dress with the bow, and cut out. The bow makes it a little girly, and the cut out gives away just enough to change it from a little girls dress, but make sure still it remains classy. I couldn't find it online as I purchased it a while ago, however I found this dress on ASOS with a similar shape and color.

I love the over sized buttons as they really add something to the dress which I haven't seen much before.

These shoes are supper cute and really nice to wear. They are a nice tall height which I love, but still not too tall which can be hard to walk in. I love them with the dress as they have really cute features with the bow and the heart which I think match the dress perfectly! I got these baby's quite a while ago and couldn't find them anywhere, but I think these are similar.

I think the shape and fabric of the dress go hand in hand!  The fabric really holds its shape and I LOVE the short flirty hem.

Teamed with only a few small pieces of jewelry, this dress is really easy to wear, so I went with my little  G earrings from Guess you can buy here.

Teamed with minimal eyes and  a red lip, like this one and I'm ready to go and feel great! This makes this little blue number one of my most favorite things and I wear it as often as I can!

Down a Little Country Road

Hi Guys,

I took these photos a while ago and I really love it! 

I got this top in Terrigal a while ago and had been looking for a floral shirt for a while, when I stumbled across this lovely in Ally for only $20! For that cheep I think it looks like quite an expensive shirt!

My favorite boots! I have worn them quite a few times since I posted them, but this is the first time they have been posted in an outfit!

I went for black stockings as it has been quite cold lately, so I find myself wearing them everyday!

For Jewlery I went for these really cool earrings from Louisa and my Tiffanys charms.

Night Time Frolic

Hey guys

A few days ago in our weekly round up, I gave you a hint as to what I bought from Bardot on Saturday. If you guessed right, you would have guessed the blue patterned peplum top! I took some photos the other evening to show you. I am absolutely in love with this top.

I got this necklace from Lovisa for about $10. When you put it on, it looks so elegant and simple, like it's from an expensive place. If I wanted to I could attach a charm onto it or just leave it as it. You can buy a similar one here.

These are my ever faithful white jeans. I know my sister posted a few weeks ago about how good a pair of white jeans are and even for someone who likes a rock-a-lady style can't go past these. If you don't already have a pair, you should definitely get some!

I got my white jeans from Guess because I find it difficult trying to find jeans that fit my proportions. Guess seem to always have a pair of jeans to fit every figure (always a good thing).

I particularly like these jeans because they have a zip from about the knee down on the stocking line. I feel like this changes their overall effect. My sister, who has quite a sleek style is more suited to white jeans with no embellishments. However, I'm a little more rock chick so these jeans work well with my wardrobe because they have this awesome detailing. Finding the right pair of jeans for you is all about what works with what you already have.

Of course, the top I had on my wishlist! I had some left over birthday money so on Saturday so I went shopping and decided, what the heck, and tried it on. It fit like a glove, it was obviously meant to be! The pattern it so unique and beautiful. Although peplum is a girly kind of thing, you can always find one that fits your style whether it be punk, rock, girly etc. The pattern in this gives it that rocker feel I love.

The back of this top is also really cool. It has a bit of a triangle back which adds another clever dimension to the top. The other interesting thing about this top is that it doesn't have the peplum line where the peplum starts which isn't very common. It's really clever.

This little peepshow slit at the top is really beautiful. It's just enough without looking trampy. It's elegant and clean. Showing a bit of skin is never a bad thing, it's just how you do it. I'm lucky to be gifted with great assets in the chesticle department, but sometimes clothes make me look too busty. This top compliments my shape and it passes the father test (Always a good idea to keep papa Italia happy especially when it comes to his little girls).

This is the bracelet I got for being a bridesmaid at my wonderful sister in laws wedding a few months ago. It's so beautiful and sparkly! This is by far the prettiest bit of jewellery I own, thank you Imogen!

I decided to make this picture my profile picture because in all seriousness, I'm not serious at all. Ha!

Those Puppies in the Window

Hey guys!

I bought these babies about a week ago and I am in love with them! I have worn them as many times as I possibly could, and maybe even when I shouldn’t have

I had been looking for a new pairs of black boots for a while and when I saw them in the window I fell in love! I swear I heard music in the background! 

As I basically ran into the shop, all I could think was how expensive they would be and how they were too tall for me. Sadly, they most definitely weren’t within my budget and slightly impractical. However, my lovely mother made all my dreams come true and lent me a few dollars (A sort-of backwards mother’s day?). Luckily for me there was a sale - 20% off that day. 

So as my overly dramatic short story comes to an end, I leave you with some pictures…
